Ronnique Antoinette is a Choreographer, Dancer, Creative Director, and Dance Educator from Washington, D.C. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts in Dance & Choreography from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Ronnique has performed in works by Daniel Gwirtzman, Judith Steel, Scott Putman, Roger Lee Dance Company, LLC, Maverick Lemon Dance Project, Kyoko Ruch, Raheem DeVaughn, Snoop Dogg, BREathe Dance Project, and Step Afrika! In 2010, she was featured in a reconstruction of Jawole Willa Jo Zollar’s seminal work ‘Shelter,’ which aired in a documentary on PBS.

Ronnique has choreographed and co-choreographed for various dance companies, productions, competitions, films, showcases, pageants, and arts education programs/workshops for local elementary, middle, and high schools. She is the Founder and Artistic Director of The Ramdance Movement dance collective, with her works premiered at The International Association of Blacks in Dance, Atlas Intersections Festival, Dance Institute of Washington, Barnstorm Dance Festival in Houston, TX, Joyce Theater in NYC, and The Kennedy Center Millennium Stage. Currently, she serves as the Dance Coach for The Howard University Bisonette Dance Ensemble and continues her roles as Creative Director, Dance Educator, Dancer, and Choreographer in the DC/MD area.
